Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Answers to the most frequent questions about programs, implementation and cooperation methods.

1. What types of programs do you support?

We support serial production, low-volume programs, and after-sales requirements. The scope, organization, and resources are defined for each program according to the partner’s needs.

2. At what stage of a project can you get involved?

We can participate from the preparation and industrialization phase, through start-up and stabilization, to continuous serial delivery or after-sales support.

3. Can you support program changes or product variants?

Yes. Production organization is adapted to product variants and program changes, including resource planning, process control, and agreed timelines for implementing changes.

4. Do you support non-automotive projects?

Yes. We also support industrial projects where manual assembly, product variants, and controlled processes are key. Each project is evaluated according to requirements and available capacities.

5. What does ramp-up and production stabilization look like?

The program goes through preparation, production start, and stabilization. Process performance is monitored, and corrective measures are implemented to ensure stable and predictable delivery.

6. How do you ensure production process stability?

Process stability is ensured through standardized work, training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement throughout the program duration.

7. How quickly can you adjust capacity per program?

We adjust capacity through team planning, work organization, and resource alignment per program. Adjustment time depends on the project’s scope and requirements, with an estimate provided after the initial analysis.

8. What does communication during the project look like?

During the program, there is a designated contact person and regular exchange of operational information to ensure transparency and stable collaboration.

9. How do you approach quality and process control?

We can participate at different stages — from preparation and industrialization to stable serial production or after-sales support — depending on the program’s requirements.

10. How do you handle deviations (8D)?

Deviations are managed through a structured process and 8D methodology, with clearly defined responsibilities and measures to stabilize the process.

11. What methods and tools are used in practice?

In practice, we use standard process planning and control methods, as well as quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, 8D, SPC, Lean, 5S, Kaizen), in accordance with program requirements.

12. How does collaboration start?

Collaboration usually begins with an initial exchange of program information (scope, process, deadlines), after which we perform a preliminary assessment of capacity and organization and propose the next steps.

13. Can you get involved short-term as capacity support?

Programs are assessed according to scope and requirements. After initial information, we propose a realistic plan for involvement, organization, and stabilization timing.

14. What collaboration models are possible?

The collaboration model is chosen according to the program and partner needs: contract manufacturing, integrated supplier, or extended scope — with clearly defined responsibilities and scope.
